CA. Rathish Rajan

CA. Rathish Rajan is the founder and CEO of REAM Associates LLC who is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years’ experience in UAE in handling audit, accounts, tax, and finance related matters affecting various business sectors. He started his career in the year 2011 in a leading audit firm in UAE and worked as a finance controller in a multinational organisation which is in the field of pump manufacturing and service industry. He has implemented various cost reduction strategies in this Organisation which gives him ample experience in handling the financial issues of the clients and advise them more effectively. During our journey from 2016, he has played an evitable role in bringing Organisation to the level we are now. He has provided various tax planning advises to our clients. He leads the Audit finalising and tax review process. He is also involved in taking strategic decisions for our Organisation.

Ebin Kurian

UAE Operations in charge Our operations in UAE are carried out under the supervision of Ebin Kurian, Director – Accounts and General Manager who is a chartered accountant with an additional specialization in Master of Business Administration and more than 10 years of experience in handling audit, accounts, tax, and finance related matters affecting different sectors of the business. He started his career in the year 2013 in a leading audit firm in UAE where he handled several audits every year and involved in finalization of the various audit issues with the client which gives him ample experience in handling the issues of the clients and advise them more effectively and promptly. He also worked as a finance manager in a Hospitality Group and handled various complexities of the Industry which gives him ample experience in handling the financial issues of the clients and advise them more effectively.

CA. Jayakrishnan

Specialist in Business Valuation – Our business valuation assignments and other specialized consulting assignments are carried out under the supervision of CA. Jayakrishnan, Director – Accounts & Consulting who is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 10 years’ experience. He started his career as an intern in a leading audit firm in India and joined as senior auditor in a leading audit firm in UAE. He worked with FTSE listed Oil & Gas Engineering Services and with a region leading water-based polymer manufacturing firm. He involved with several special assignments including ERP migration, business valuations. advisory services for firms preparing Mergers and Acquisitions, business feasibility studies, business plan preparations, control process mapping and in budget preparations.

CA. Ramitha Pillai

Specialist in Tax – Our Tax assignments are carried out under the supervision of CA. Ramitha Pillai, Director – Tax who is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years’ experience. She started her career in the year 2010 in a Big4 audit and consulting firm in India and has advised large MNC’s in India for transitioning, Implementing, and Compliance of GST system from the erstwhile Indirect tax laws and appear before GST authorities for tax assessment on matters relating to applicability of GST on transaction, classification and valuation.

She has wealth of experience in advising clients on Operational reviews and Due diligence assignments from the perspective of taxation and has hands on experience in providing UAE Tax Compliance and Advisory assignments including Implementation and transition assistance, Contract drafting and Structuring and tax registration and filing return for various clients operating in different Industries like Manufacturing & Trading, Construction, real estate management, Designated Zone operations etc.

Arathy Alingal

Every division has to be managed properly and with proper delegation. For this, person in charge of managing and delegation of work is an essential requirement. Our tax division is managed by Arathy Rajendran, Bachelor degree and experiences in accounting software and tax exposures over the last 5 years working under REAM. During her journey with us, she has handled all VAT registration, Returns and Refund matters in UAE and also exposed to ESR, GoAML and other UAE Compliances. Her ability to write Arabic is an added advantage for us. She regularly monitors the deadlines on tax return submissions and other compliances and communication with clients on the recent developments and due dates of submission of UAE VAT Returns.
