REAM Associates is an audit, tax and financial advisors based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. REAM was founded in the year 2016 under the leadership of CA. Rathish Rajan, CEO. In the year 2017, Al Jeroudy Accounting & Auditing, a leading audit firm in United Arab Emirates became our official audit partner. Since the inception, we successfully supported more than 200 clients in VAT, audit, accounts and other financial advisory services. With the support of our team who has various specialization, we are capable of completing our assignments on time and with more accuracy.

Corporate Tax Advisory
In the year 2016, we started with accounting services and soon after audit association, we extended our services covering audit in the year 2017. UAE has implemented Value Added Tax in the year 2017 thereby we extended our services covering VAT in the year 2017. UAE is hub for various multinational entities which necessitate the requirement our clients who has set up in various parts of the world. With this intention, we entered into association with audit and consulting entities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar.
To meet the budget of the client and at the same time, without sacrificing the quality in deliverables, we started BPO services in the year 2021 whereby we are able to offer budget friendly fee structure to the clients based on their requirements. In the year 2021, we merged the clients of an existing accounting firm whereby our client base has expanded.
In the year 2022, UAE has announced the introduction of Corporate Tax with effect from June 2023 which makes it imperative for the entities within UAE to set up strong finance team and implement changes in their existing policies in terms of import of goods, commission agreements, outsourced agreements, WPS transaction and other transactions which lack documentation. To cater our client requirements in this field, we set up a Tax Advisory firm in the year 2022 to assist in Corporate Tax restructuring advises, registration and return submission process.
If we have different specialization, it is important to develop division and delegate roles and responsibilities for the team which enables to perform the services to the best. We have developed team for each of our division with respective heads handling it with support of the complete team under REAM. Even though our major specialization is in Audit Accounts and Tax, for the clients, there might be other requirements. To ease their effort in finding another team, we support them in getting things done from incorporation, banking and all their requirements to the best we can.

CA. Rathish Rajan
Over 15 years of my career as Chartered Accountant working as Auditor under various audit firms in India and UAE, Finance Controller in Multi-National Company and CEO of REAM, I have handled various accounts, audit and tax matters of the clients. Experiences and exposures are the greatest asset of a professional which I got immensely while working under various positions. Still, I am learning new scenarios and looking for improvement in existing process. I strongly believe people will grow if they think out of the box. It is said that people with clear vision can make a big difference in the growth of an Organization. However, I believe it is the team who understand and support our vision and decision can make a big difference in the growth of the Organization. Efforts and hard work our team played in our growth contributes to where we are now. It is easy to say we are going to start the business. But managing it requires an Administration, IT Support, PRO Support, Marketing Support and so on which requires a great team with dedication and support.
